March Real Estate Updates

Spring is starting to show! As the weather warms up and days become longer, more people begin to look at houses and get the itch to move. While we’re not sure the local Greeley area real estate can move any faster, we are looking forward to a tremendous Spring!

As interest rates stay low, the real estate statistics for the area continue to paint a wonderful picture for both home buyers and sellers. In Greeley and Evans, as compared to last year:

  • Home prices are up about 8%
  • Homes for sale are moving fast, spending 13% fewer days on market
  • Total home sales are up 21%

While much of the surrounding area is the same, if you are interested in the latest stats for your location, we’ve put together some excellent tools on our website.
