Home Sellers are Needed in Greeley and Northern Colorado
If you’ve been thinking of selling your home, be assured we have many buyers waiting for the right place. Inventory has been tight and bidding competitive…as you can see from the stats. This is the driver for higher prices.
Some people interested in selling their home have been concerned that they will have a hard time finding a new house once theirs sells. If you’re worried about finding a home for yourself, we can provide modern property search methods to ensure you get quick access to houses as they come on market. Oftentimes our team is first on site. Further, a lot of new construction is opening up, which is less competitive and gives you the ability to get in a home of your design. We can also help you find the right new construction options.
Additionally some potential sellers have been worried about buying at too high of a price point. The good news is that interest rates are very low right now, which will keep your costs down significantly. So it’s actually a very good time to lock in a favorable mortgage for the life of your loan. And interest rates are expected to increase later this year.
