The month of June flew by quickly, and the last week of June means that there is a long holiday weekend right around the corner. Three day weekends are by far my favorite! An extra day to catch up on sleep, go fishing, or attend some of the events below to make sure that we all get the most out of the three-day holiday weekend!

Take a look below see what this week has in store for pre-Fourth of July events and activities.

When I saw that Country singer Craig Morgan is performing on the free stage this year at the Stampede, I did a double take.  Personally, I would pay money to see him play, but free makes this concert even more exciting!

Since High Hops Brewery is locally owned and operated by a fellow Coloradoan you know it has got to be a pretty great place to grab a beer, eat some food from the food trucks, and listen to some local music.  This place hosts local music and different events every month so be sure to check in from time to time to see what new things they have going on.

PS: You’ve got to try the blueberry beer!

  • Happening: July 2nd
  • Where: 6461 CO-392, Windsor, CO 80550
  • When: 5 PM – 7 PM

4. Colorado Food Truck Festival in Fort Collins

Top 5 Activities in Northern Colorado- June 29th Edition

In my opinion, nothing gets better than food! Food trucks have become all the rage lately and if you have eaten at one lately it is easy to see why. They simply put out great tasting dishes. The added benefit, other than getting really delicious food, is that some of the proceeds go to the United Way.

  • Happening: June 30th
  • Where: 1300 Riverside Ave, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524
  • When: Starts at 5 PM

5. Grand Opening of Photography Studio The Articulate in Fort Collins
