Hello, everyone! I hope you all had a great holiday and long weekend. It is always hard to come back to the work week after a long weekend full of events, but not to worry! This week has just as many exciting events going on.

1.Walking Tour of Meeker Museum in Greeley

Surprisingly, the town of Greeley has an intricate history based around settlers like Nathan Meeker. For those of you who are not familiar with Nathan Meeker, he is one of the founders that helped build Greeley into one of the most successful agricultural beacons of the West. This museum allows you to walk through and explore the home in its original fashion. This event is free and all ages are welcome. If you haven’t been I highly suggest this activity to families and history enthusiasts alike.

Be sure to ask about the diamond dust mirror!

  • Happening: Saturday, July 9th
  • When: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Where: Meeker Home Museum, 1324 9th Ave
